Avalanche Rentals is a resort rental and second home management company.  We are small enough to be able to take care of our clients the way that they expect.  No run around on who to talk to and wait for someone to address a situation that you may have.  We pride ourselves in  good communication.  Just ask our clients.  They have hired other rental and management companies, in Summit County, with little satisfaction.  Big companies get lost in the process of who is in charge of what.  We inspect every unit, in detail, before your guest arrives on your property. This is to ensure cleanliness and that supplies and bedding are adequate for your guests. 

For absent homeowners, we provide quality security management program.  You don't have to worry about the conditions of your home while you are away.  We will check it as frequently as you desire.  You can customize you package the way you want it.  We take care of your property like it were ours.  We can add yard care, snow removal and hot tub maintenance in our package as well.  Our company has property managers, with years of experience.  And if you choose to put it on our rental program, you can make your home available for other to experience the nearby ski resort of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek.  We will book your reservations, provide housekeeping services and take care of the needs of your property.

The owners of Avalanche Rentals are Perry and Charlotte Unruh.  We have lived in Summit County for 17 years.  Charlotte was born in Colorado and is a 5th generation native.  We love the mountains and have seen a lot of change come to Summit.  We see a growing need for good customer service everywhere we go and that is our main goal.  To create a company with the best customer service in Summit County.
